Pre-course Demonstrations

At the beginning of the first session of an NLA Lifeguard Training class, you will be asked to complete a pre-course skills evaluation. During the pre-course, your instructor will determine if you have the skills necessary to participate in the class. You will be asked to demonstrate the following skills.
